Philippians 1:6

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

There are times in our lives we feel we are in a lull. We have experienced God’s goodness in some way, but now we are just going through the day waiting. We have felt God working in us or through us, and not it might seem quiet. But have no fear! God doesn’t start projects and leave then unfinished. He promises to bring the work he started in us to completion. He doesn’t leave things undone, and he hasn’t left us. If we think of him as the Great Potter, he is constantly molding and shaping us, and right now he is seeing how we do. But he hasn’t walked away from the table. Our great works will not be fully completed until we see Jesus face to face. And remember, some pieces go through the fire many times before they are perfected, to cleanse them of impurities.
