Genesis 45

Genesis 45:4-5 ...I am your brother Joseph, whom you sold into Egypyt. But do not be distressed, and do not reproach yourselves for having sold me here. It was really for the sake of saving lives that God sent me ahead of you.

Joseph forgave his brothers for having sold him into Egypt as he ended up being a savior for the land. Just as Jesus forgave us for turning against him and allowing him to be crucified as he was the one sent ahead of us so that we may be saved.

That kind of forgiveness is powerful. I pray I can be that forgiving when I need to be.
